Who you are buying from
Keep Smiling is operated by KEEP SMILING CLOTHES TRADING (a Sole Establishment), licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, trade licence 1471194, with its registered business address at Villa 43, Al Mamzar 2, Dubai, UAE. This is a registered business address, not a walk-in retail shop. Collection requires prior arrangement. For questions about a purchase, contact support@keepsmiling.ae.
Orders and payment
We accept orders within the UAE, with prices and payments in UAE dirhams (AED). You can shop as a guest without creating an account. Check the selected size, colour, quantity, contact details and delivery or pickup option before paying. Select your size explicitly before adding an item.
Product prices include tax. No additional tax is added at checkout. The checkout displays the amount payable after any eligible discount, plus the AED 30 delivery fee when delivery is selected. Self-pickup, when offered, is free. Online payment is required; cash on delivery is not offered. A paid order is confirmed after payment succeeds, and we send your order confirmation by email. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Availability and discounts
Availability is specific to the selected colour and size. Orders are limited to available stock and a maximum of five units of each colour/size combination per order. Sale offers do not stack; the lower valid sale price applies. Discount codes apply only to eligible items and cannot be applied to items already receiving a sale price.
Changes and cancellations
Contact support promptly if you need to change your address, size or colour, or request a cancellation. Paid orders cannot be edited directly by customers. Our team reviews changes before shipment, subject to stock availability and the order's current state. Sending a request does not itself confirm the change or cancellation; we will confirm the outcome with you.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Our Shipping page explains delivery charges and available collection options. Our Returns page explains return conditions, the first complimentary size exchange and refund processing. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use information to process orders, provide support and honour your communication choices. Optional marketing preferences are separate from order updates.
