SHIPPING & COLLECTION
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery costs AED 30 per order, regardless of the number of items. The delivery fee and your complete order total are shown before payment.
Delivery timing
Our estimated delivery time is 1–2 days. Any temporary delay notice shown at checkout applies to your order. Your confirmation records the delivery estimate provided when you placed the order.
Your delivery details
Please check your address, contact number and delivery instructions before paying. If something needs correcting, email support@keepsmiling.ae with your order number as soon as possible. We can review address changes before the order is marked Shipped.
Order updates
We email you after successful payment and when your order is marked Shipped. Use the secure link in your order email to check its status, or use the order-status page with your order number and checkout email. Courier tracking links are not currently provided.
Dubai self-pickup
If self-pickup is offered at checkout, you can choose it at no charge. The pickup address is provided after successful payment in your confirmation email and secure order-status page. Collection is by prior arrangement only. Contact support@keepsmiling.ae to agree a collection time before visiting.
