RETURNS, REFUNDS & SIZE EXCHANGES
Start a request
Contact support@keepsmiling.ae within seven days of receiving your order. Include your order number, checkout email, the item concerned and whether you would like a refund, replacement or size exchange. Include photos for a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Our team will explain the next steps and return arrangements.
Defective, incorrect or misdescribed items
If an item is defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or repair. Keep Smiling covers return shipping for these cases. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable law; the seven-day contact request does not remove those rights.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging. We may decline a change-of-mind return if there are signs of wear, makeup, odour or other changes to the item's condition.
An approved change-of-mind refund covers the returned item's purchase price after applicable discounts. The original AED 30 delivery fee is not refunded, and you pay return shipping.
One complimentary size exchange
We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, with no shipping fees for that first size exchange. The item must meet the condition requirements above, and the replacement size is subject to availability. Further exchanges are arranged individually with our team.
Exclusions
Underwear and intimates, swimwear, custom or personalised items, and items marked final sale or clearance are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude claims for defective, incorrect or misdescribed items or otherwise limit mandatory consumer rights.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed; the timing depends on your payment provider. We will email you a refund confirmation.
