Returns & Refunds Policy

At Keep Smiling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wardrobe. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with UAE Federal Law on Consumer Protection.


1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website:

  • You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Keep Smiling will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If you need a different size or simply change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors (perfume/smoke) will not be accepted.

  • Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel.

  • Swimwear.

  • Customized or personalized clothing.

  • Final sale or clearance items.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email: Contact our support team at support@keepsmiling.ae with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address within the UAE.

  3. Ship: Securely pack your items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
